Ted Haggard’s Restoration
Lee Grady recently interviewed Ted and Gayle Haggard for Charisma magazine. It is a touching and poignant interchange, and well worth reading. One senses that Haggard gets it, and so does his wife. Having been in his shoes in a similar war that did not go public (and with far less ministry responsibility at the time), I had empathy for Haggard from day one. I pray that God will complete his restoration and that the Church will remember its Scriptural duty to in that regard.
